Thank you for very encouraging response to the sewing workshop. It's fully booked now. Please look forward to the next one!

Today, I am re-starting yoga practice at a new studio. I stopped practicing before preparing for the opening of atomi (or an excuse!?), and I am very excited! I hope it will go well... If I am moving very slowly tomorrow, that means I am in muscle pain!

そして、atomiの開店準備（という言い訳で）ですっかり休んでしまっていたヨガを今日またスタートします。はじめて行くスタジオで、楽しみです！ただし明日私の動きがのんびりだったら、筋肉痛に襲われているのだと、温かく見守っていただけたらうれしいです。。
